I am currently working on raking the length of the yard because of the walnuts. Still open though!* I do require notice when you book your appointment as I ask frequently out of town but I am flexible. Our fully fenced in spot established in Fall 2024 is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. One of my neighbours has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. The second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use - this is where you’ll find extra poop bags and bug repellent, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcome to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog treats on the picnic table, and toys (available in the purple bin), as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. If the sticks get chewed up no worries lol. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also fresh drinking water for your dog(s) with a hose nearby to refill the bowl, and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. Please note that there is a neighbour dog who is in his fenced in yard sometimes. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas to improve this spot via chat. For your peace of mind, I’m often home working on various outdoor projects. If you’d prefer a bit more privacy, just let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to accommodate your request. Lastly, you might meet our friendly outdoor cat, Kenny Rodgers, during your visit. He’s quite the character but will happily give your dogs space if they’re not feline-friendly. Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
