Description

The yard is big enough for dogs to sprint around. It's very grassy with some shade trees. If it's been raining a lot, there will be a small stream running through the back of the yard. Just FYI! Please park in the driveway behind one of our cars. Thanks!

We were wanting a neutral territory to introduce a few dogs and it was the perfect space for it! Leah provided water for the dogs and toys for them to play with!

There is a fantastic privacy fence. The area is large, so my dog has plenty of space to run. My dog loved it.

After multiple days of heavy rain I was expecting more mud but it was not bad at all! My boy’s white socks were still white when we left - though he did take a dip in the small stream!

My first time visiting and I was very happy! Fully fenced with privacy fence and quiet neighborhood. Everything that a pup could get into was well blocked off. Will be coming back!

This was a perfect way to get our apartment pup some space to stretch her legs and do some real zoomies. The yard was clean and they had water, toys, dog bags, and other essentials ready to go for us outside. We’ll definitely be booking here again!

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. I'd love to meet our pup guests, so if your dog is friendly let me know, I'd love to say hi!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
