Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! This is my backyard! Our kids love it, maybe your dog will too! Big grassy area, a little woods, sometimes a little mud, and access to the water for those dogs that like to swim! There is a garden hose if you want to rinse the dog or yourself before you leave. We are usually around and we will help you however we can. The first visit make sure and see us for the "tour". When you get down the river our dock is the FLOATING dock. Our yard is the yard with the greenhouse. Dont get confused and wander over to the neighbors. Thanks.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. Newly constructed, 60x60, fully fenced area with agility items, so your dog can play after you walk the trail. Kiddie pool available that can be filled up with easy to access hose. We do own and operate a dog boarding business on this property - but the 60x60 fenced area is separate from the kennel area and is set aside for Sniffspot and walking trail is also allocated for Sniffspot users. There is an indoor restroom and sink for washing hands (which will also be accessible even after business opening). BATHING STATION SUITABLE FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM DOGS MAY BE BOOKED AS AN EXTRA. parking on property is available.
