Hey there, names Dakota and my family and I are avid dog lovers/owners. We have 7 animals currently (4 dogs, 3 cats) as well as fostering 10 cats. We don’t currently live at this home and just to let you enjoy the yard like our fur babies did! It’s a beautiful fully fenced corner lot. Neighbor directly in front of as well as neighbor directly beside do not have pets. It is very peaceful. Please enjoy and please be respectful! A healthy dog is a happy dog!

Hey there, Dakota here. I have a beautiful family of 9 (7 fur babies) 4 dogs 3 cats (fostering 9 cats atm as well) We have 2 different locations. One a 9 acre segregated pasture family farm and another in the city with about .8 acres. We loveee animals and are interested in giving this a shot!

Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located by the motorhome. There are fenced dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. She will let you pick her up and enclose her into the back porch, if you want to. Just latch the screen door (if you don't want her to potentially interact with your dog) then open it back up again before you drive away. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!

Large backyard that backs up to Peavine Creek. Creek is about 4’ in its deepest areas. Large trails allow you to walk along creek and there’s even a “beach” are where dogs and humans can play in shallow water!!! Perfect for walking or just playing in the woods. Dog leash is required for aggressive dogs or if other dogs are in the same area. This is in a neighborhood, but no dogs are running around. Might see a cat or two though. Old Mill Trace Subdivision is convenient to I-75, Costco (Ringgold) and I can be at the TN state line in less than 2 miles. Just off Battlefield Parkway (exit 350).

Our corgis also agreed to share some of their favorite toys: tennis balls. Please pick up after your pet. A trash can is located by the back of the house. We hope you both have fun!
