55Great place!!
55Second visit for us…Love it here, couldn’t recommend enough. Took my blind chihuahua and my reactive pit for a couple hours and he ran off tons of energy and she happily wandered while sniffing around and sunbathed while she played with her duck. Thank you to these hosts.
55I took my reactive dog for the first time today and he loved it. Beautiful and private, didn’t have to stress about people or other animals to let him off leash for a bit. We stayed in the smaller private area by the private entrance for most of our visit. I did leash walk him through the rest of the property and he loved all the new smells. It was a beautiful hour which set the tone for a beautiful day. We will be back soon. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Amy💕
55This was our first time to this sniff spot and it was SO much fun. We drove about an hour to get there and it was very much worth the drive. Very secure fencing, they provide water, and there were so many fun obstacles for the dogs to run around. I have two very high energy breeds and they were completely happy and worn out The one thing I will say is that if you have reactive dogs, please be aware that several of the neighbors dogs can run up to the property. They are behind the fence, but it was possible for my dogs to lick and interact very closely with them. One of the neighbors dogs barked at us for nearly the entire time and 8 months ago, this would have been a huge issue for my reactive dog, but thankfully his training is paying off. So if you have a reactive dog, this may not be the best spot due to those concerns. We will definitely be back though! If your dog has decent recall and you’re not worried about them being reactive/aggressive to the other dogs at the fence, it could be a fantastic training opportunity.
55Always a great spot for my pups!
55Awesome as always
55We absolutely love this place. It’s huge, entirely fenced in, and clean. The neighboring properties have dogs that love to run the fence line with my dogs when we are there which is great exercise. I bring my three large dogs here often and have never had any issues…just tons of fun.
55Great yard!
55Love bringing my pups here! Merry Christmas!
55So glad we were able to come today! Perfect weather. You are a blessing to people like us! Thank you!

Location

Cheyenne, Wyoming

Description

About 4 acres of fenced pasture just northeast of Cheyenne. Plenty of room to run, play fetch or just sniff around. There are hills, grass and trees to investigate and it's a secure area where you can let your dog stretch their legs and not worry about the unknowns of the dog park.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Please be sure to keep your car tires on the driveway. We will put fill dirt in soon to reduce the drop from driveway to dirt but the driveway is new. Watch for holes from burrowing critters (and dogs who dig), there are some small cactus but we leave a shovel out so we can remove them when we see them. Smaller dogs may need to be watched along fence line. My dogs are 55-95 pounds and can not get out but there may be smaller holes that tiny dogs (5-15lbs) could escape from.

I know it can be a struggle to find a safe, secure and predictable place to let dogs off leash. I have experience training & working with behavior challenged dogs so I know it’s a relief to have space to let your dog enjoy themselves without unknown people and dogs sneaking up on you. Glad to share my dog friendly space with others.
