55My dog loves this yard. We come at least once a month! There is a park next to it but, it’s never busy. Maybe one or two kids there at a time. My dog is people/kid reactive but, there’s so much space in the yard he doesn’t pay any mind to the kids in the park. Theres poop bags, water, and bowls provided. Sometimes tennis balls but, I prefer to bring our own anyways. It is fully fenced. The entrance fence is a little wonky but, still works and keeps my 90lb pup secure. Owner said they will be fixing it soon! There are 3 fabric gates on the porch connected to the yard. I always make sure to close the back two and or the first one. It is necessary to close one or the other, or they can get on to the porch or run out of yard. We never have an issue with those either. Super nice porch, fenced in yard, and owner of property is kind, communicative, and questions fast.
55Great spot! Brian is very accommodating and has a great yard for running.
55We absolutely love Brads Sniff Spot. It was out 3rd visit and again, it was clean, plenty of poop bags and a nice touch of water and toys. Added bonus, rabbits to chase, which appeared out of nowhere. Thankfully the bunnies were faster then the pups! Even found a shady spot on the deck to rest up and regroup for the last 15 min of our stay.
55Easily accessible, very large space, safe, and included water and tennis balls to play with!
45Brian’s space was very nice! My pup didn’t know what to do with all of the space. He provided water, treats and tennis balls. He didn’t have a pool onsite but allowed me to bring Novas kiddie pool and fill it up using his hose. Access to the park was very easy as well and I appreciate having access to the deck and poop bags. The only issue was the location being next to the park and other houses where there were dogs and neighbors outside. Also, I had to cut the visit short because I had to go the bathroom 😩.
55We had the best time! This spot is great and the yard was incredible. Brian had water and balls and treats for our dog. We will be back!
55Brian's yard was very clean and just the right size for my 2 Belgian Malinois. He was so kind enough to provide us with a gallon of fresh water, bowls, snacks and balls to play with. The yard was also easy to find. We'll for sure will be back soon.
55The yard was great! It’s a huge clean open space. It was easy to get into and my dog had a great time. We will be coming back for sure
55Clean and grassy! The owner provided water, balls, treata and poop bags. I brought my own but thankful the extra. We enjoyed the entire hour. And love the deck where we could sit and enjoy the sun. Warning to dog owners who have dogs who don't like strangers. There is a playground directly adjacent to the dog park and the children came to the fence. My dogs are people friendly but don't get along with their own kind, so we were good. Overall, a really nice spot.

Enjoy a fully fenced in yard with your doggos with lots of room to hit full speed! At the front of the property, fences are about 3 foot high with the others reaching 4-6 feet. We purchased the house with a large property for our senior dog and our future ones. Unfortunately, we lost him a few months ago and would like to open it up for others to enjoy! We currently have no dogs.
