HOST REPORTS

No

“My dog will be kept inside my home away from any areas accessible to guests. She hardly ever barks and I have taught her to whisper so you won't hear her. There are neighbors quite some distance away that we do hear their dogs barking frequently but it is approximately half a mile from the area guests visit.”

HOST REPORTS

Yes (Always)

“We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, sheep, and cattle on the farm. I have no way of knowing which pastures they will be in until you make your reservation. If your dog is not comfortable around livestock being in the general vicinity then this is probably not an ideal spot. There are plenty of ponds, trails, and pastures that there will be more than enough space for everyone to enjoy. There is abundant wildlife that I have no control over though. Very abundant.”

HOST REPORTS

No

“If you would like for me to show you around at least the first time you visit I would be more than happy to. It is a very expansive property and it would be better if I could take you around and show you where the best spots are as well as the restricted areas. I also have a side by side that can get you places that a vehicle can not go. Or you can hike etc. But an initial meet and greet to guide you would be most beneficial if not necessary.”

As simple and private as can be, just a backyard ready to be played in and for zoomies. As my wife and I see people wanting to use this spot, we will invest in more things. There is a water hose out back and, of course, a trash can on the side of the house. This is a brand new property and home we just bought. We want you to feel welcome, and if there is anything you need, please feel free to let me know. We are new to this as well. Also, my wife and I are not home until after 4 on weekdays most of the time due to our work schedules, but if you need us for something, I work throughout this area, so I can try to get back home to help.
