Our backyard is unoccupied most of the time and located just past the country club in a quiet neighborhood in North side Cleveland, TN. Easy access to the back yard through a latch gate with street or driveway parking available. One tenant works from home so there is often someone on the property during day time hours if any concerns or questions arise. **As spring and summer progress, plants and garden areas will be more present. Please do not pick produce or flowers.**

They live under the deck, but they will hide or run when seeing other people or pets. They shouldn’t be an issue while visiting as they are too scared to be around others.**

We have a beautiful, small farm in Athens! It’s partially fenced with goat fencing and barbed wire. We have two separate fields you’re welcome to. Please note we do have cattle and mini donkey in the larger field. They generally don’t bother you (the donkey may come see you for lovings) but the cows stay far away. If you don’t want to deal with the large animals then the other field we have is also fenced for farm animals as well and has an open field with a small patch of woods. Please note that our goats are fenced in this field in a separate pen. So if you have a dog who may want to try to get into the goat lot then this will not be the best option for you. Our goats are EXTREMELY friendly and if you come to the fence they will come to you wanting you to pet them. You are definitely welcome to pet them but PLEASE know and watch your dog(s). Please also remember this is a farm so there’s holes in the field and rough terrain. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries and you enter at your own risk.

Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located by the motorhome. There are fenced dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. She will let you pick her up and enclose her into the back porch, if you want to. Just latch the screen door (if you don't want her to potentially interact with your dog) then open it back up again before you drive away. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!
