No leaving waste on the ground or in any indoor/outdoor areas. - No digging in the yard or garden areas allowed—please supervise your dog at all times to prevent this. - Water provided for guests: One bottled water per person only (not unlimited—please do not take extras for sharing or refills). - Snacks for humans: Limited to one snack per person (not unlimited—please respect portion limits to ensure fairness for all guests). - Dog treats: Limited to one treat per dog (provided by host) - All dogs must remain supervised; no unattended dogs at any time. - No aggressive behavior from dogs—any signs of aggression may result in immediate removal.

The entire yard is securely fenced and guests have private access through our front gate with parking available inside the fenced area. Amenities • 2+ acres fully fenced • Large shade trees throughout • Bench swing under front tree • Picnic table and additional seating • Water bowls placed around yard • Hose access for refills or cooling off • Trash can provided • Plenty of private parking inside gate Animals on property Goats and chickens are located in their own fenced pasture and coops and are not accessible to visiting dogs, though they will be visible. Our personal dogs are secured indoors during all visits. Barn cats live on the property but typically leave the area when guests arrive. A beehive is located at the far back of the property away from guest space. This space is ideal for reactive dogs, training sessions, or dogs who simply need a safe private place to run.
