No leaving waste on the ground or in any indoor/outdoor areas. - No digging in the yard or garden areas allowed—please supervise your dog at all times to prevent this. - Water provided for guests: One bottled water per person only (not unlimited—please do not take extras for sharing or refills). - Snacks for humans: Limited to one snack per person (not unlimited—please respect portion limits to ensure fairness for all guests). - Dog treats: Limited to one treat per dog (provided by host) - All dogs must remain supervised; no unattended dogs at any time. - No aggressive behavior from dogs—any signs of aggression may result in immediate removal.

More amenities to come! Feel free to leave a rating as well as any suggestions you might have. We have a big area and I would love to add more items. Currently, we have seating for people as well as a fire pit. We have dog treats available for the pups and snack, snacks, and drinks for people as well. Water will be left out for the dogs. Please let me know 15 minutes before arrival so that I can make sure the water is fresh! We also have aside from our very large fenced in yard. A partially fenced large area that is also our property that would be perfect for “play dates” or dogs that are well trained. We live on a private road with very minimal traffic. Only the people that live on the street tend to drive here. Please if you have any other questions or comments, just let me know. If you ever have an issue with anything, please feel more than welcome to message me and let me know. We will take care of it expeditiously.
