No aggressive dogs,no sick dogs owners may smoke, (only outside)2 people per dog only. You must speak to Paul or Renee. All dogs must have proof of shots, no exceptions.

.5 acre, fully fenced in yard. Most of the yard is 6ft tall except for the gate area, that is a standard 4ft chain link. Grass in the summer and snow in the winter. There is a porch with chairs to sit on and kiddie pools for the dogs in the summer. There is a hose that you are more than welcome to use for the dogs. I provide water bowls and poop bags along with a scooper. There are zero gaps in the fence.

There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property! ๏ฟผ
