Description

This private yard features a 6 foot high chain linked fence encompassing approximately 0.7 acres. Property has a combination of woody and grassy areas. For dogs: Balls and 3 types of ball launchers, including electric, manual, and shotgun, are provided. Also provided are a water bowl, towels, poop station, toys, and an off ground dog bed. For humans: bottled water, a sunroom with electric fireplace, and an outdoor bonfire with seating for three are provided. The main entrance is on a hill, but another entrance, that is only slightly sloped, can be accessed as well upon request.

Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets. *please note we have a woodchuck living under our deck that likes to poop on our stairs. We try our best to clean it up but you may come across some woodchuck droppings. Our yard has been sprayed for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks.
