This is a fully fenced-in yard in the woods. Approximately 1/4 acre on a 1-acre lot. Fence has been small-dog proofed : ) so the little guys can't squeeze out. And if you give me a little advance notice - I can heat up the wood-fired cedar hot tub for your human companions (for an additional fee) with towels, outdoor shower, etc... We are close to all kinds of trails (with streams), lakes, mountain biking, etc. At 3500', we do get snow in the winter, too! I have a friendly border collie mix that I share with my ex - but I will keep her inside if I have people/visitors using the dog yard.
