Hello! Our family would love to have you visit! We have a trail cut out in our pasture. We have slowly been turning it into a native plant hot spot! Our neighbors have 2 horses. You can *sometimes* hear them from the spot! We also have a few neighbors that are blocked by our tree lines. When you reserve our pack will be in the house! We do have 2 barn cats that will probably avoid you at all costs. They obly love our Newfoundland. Our pack absolutely loves running through the grass. Heads up, you will need to be protected from ticks! They are bad this year. We have a few chairs. You can sit in the shade and toss a ball as long as you want!

**Availability: we only book 2 weeks out so if you don’t see any openings check back 2 weeks out from your desired day.** Enjoy a fully fenced spot (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing), run through mowed grass, tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. Wildlife may be encountered (deer, squirrels, crawfish, muskrats, many birds and snapping turtles). **Note: I didn’t want to claim the site as accessible as it is grass and some uneven ground, but feel free to reach out if you need an accommodation to access the spot and we can discuss what is possible** We welcome all. Don’t forget to close the gate all the way! There is sun or shade for your 4-legged friend to practice their zoomies on. And there is a deck and a chair for the human accompanying. There is a hose in the front of the house and a water bowl on the back deck! I truly hope you enjoy your time sitting out back.
