It is unfenced so please be mindful that there will be no barrier stopping them if they are runners! There is a path to follow but there are some tall grasses and fallen trees along the way. Please watch your step! The neighbours do have dogs, but they are rarely out and rarely off leash, but please keep your dogs on a leash until you get down to the forest path at the back of my property. If you are confident that your dogs have good recall, they can run off leash in the forest. My dogs will never be down there as long as someone is using the space. You may occasionally see squirrels, rabbits and maybe a deer on your walk. Our place is 2 minutes off the main highway at Exit 488 in New Brunswick, and close to a gas station if needed before getting back on the road. We hope you enjoy our little piece of nature!

Located on a small hobby farm with horses on site but fenced separately from guest dogs during visits. There are 3 open and connected fields with mud, marsh and natural grass. Much of the fencekine is thick natural tree-line. The woods are dense but guests are welcome to enter and follow natural trails. There are deer, coyote, moose, bear, and small animals like raccoon, opossum, and rabbits. Most stay well hidden and are not an issue. There is a seating area with refreshments and water available for guests both human and dogs.
