55I brought a dog I was sitting here to get some exercise. We had a great time. The couple that own the farm are so nice. It was really cool getting to see the horses. The sniff spot area is a really good size, plenty of room for fetch and exploring.
55Easy access and well maintained. My dogs absolutely loved the space to run and having the horses nearby helps with reactivity training. 10/10!

Description

I have a beautiful wooded 1 acre yard that is fully fenced. There are some toys, access to water and some chairs to hang out on. Your dogs should be able to see horses on one side of the yard and the rest is a private space to run and play! PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOG IN A LEASH UNTIL YOU GET TO THE KET OUT YARD. This is a fully functional equestrian center so be mindful of the horses as they can spook and injure them selves or the riders.

YOU MUST KEEP DOGS ON A LEASH UNTIL YOU GET INTO THE LET OUT YARD. The horse fences won’t keep dogs out.

Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

I have two small kiddy pools that can be filled up if wanted along with a sprinkler. There is a dog bowl for water, hammocks to hangout in while you hangout with your pup and plenty of chairs ! It's not the prettiest place to hangout, but it can be a good time ! My front yard is also fully fenced in, if you'd like that for training or just to hangout in, just let me know. I do have 2 dogs inside that may bark, but they will stay inside. I hope to see you and your pup here soon !
