Welcome to Charlie’s Hideaway - your dog's new favorite adventure spot! 🐾🐾 This 9-acre, fully fenced native pasture (with 4’ wire square fencing) is made for sniffing, zoomies and exploring. Rolling hills, patches of short and tall grass & a sandy area give your pup plenty of variety to roam and investigate. This private space is also a great fit for reactive dogs or those who need a calm, low-traffic environment. Street parking is available near the entrance and a two-gate entry system provides an added layer of security - allowing you to enter at your own pace and help your dog transition calmly into the space. As you come through the gate, you'll find a covered canopy and welcome station with fresh water, clean bowls, poop bags, toys and towels - everything you need for a comfortable visit. Chairs are available so you can sit back, relax and soak in those gorgeous Pike Peak views while your dog does their thing. Wildlife sightings are part of the charm - you may see hawks overhead, rabbits in the grass and occasionally deer passing by. Two resident barn cats also live on the property, but they're very shy and rarely seen. Please help keep Charlie's Hideaway clean and enjoyable for everyone by picking up after your dog (poop bags are provided and a trash can is located at the gate). Welcome! Centrally located right in the middle of Colorado Springs, the oasis features a private keyless entry and expansive off street parking. It is a little under a quarter acre fully fenced in, primarily grass with a mix of sun and shade and mature trees. Plenty of wildlife, a.k.a. squirrels, to chase. It features a beautiful cabana on the patio, with outdoor seating for dogs and people to hang out. There is a smaller seating area under a large shade tree as well. Anything that’s not fenced in is fair game for dog activity. There are already plenty of dig holes, so have at it Dispose of your doggy bags in the provided bucket. Water hose and bowls available. Complementary toys for use during your visit. Have a blast! Run, dig, roll, do your zoomies . Enjoy this urban oasis as much as Violet does!!

You’ll have the entire space to yourself during your reservation—no other dogs or guests unless you bring them! You may see one of our staff members on-site, but we’ll stay out of your way so you and your pup can enjoy uninterrupted playtime. Our private 6-acre property offers wide-open fields, fresh country air, and plenty of room for zoomies, fetch, training, or peaceful walks away from crowded parks. Perfect for reactive dogs, high-energy breeds, recall training, or anyone looking for a safe space to enjoy time outdoors with their pup. The property is fully private during your visit, giving you and your dog the freedom to relax and explore at your own pace. ✔ 6 acres of open space ✔ Great for running, sniffing, and training ✔ Peaceful rural setting ✔ Private bookings only ✔ Plenty of room for multiple dogs Please note: The property is partially fenced. There is a fence line around much of the property that provides a clear boundary to follow, but there are areas with gates and openings, so this is not a fully enclosed space. We also have chickens, ducks, and sheep housed in secure pens on the property. Most dogs do great with this setup, but if your dog has a very high prey drive, is known to jump fences, or may attempt to access livestock, please use caution and assess whether this environment is a good fit.
