Description

.5 acre fenced in area with grass and gravel. There is plenty of shade. When the wintry weather stops, there will be seating, kiddy pool, some yard toys, and dog water available. The yard is near my boarding kennel so there maybe a few dogs that your dog can see but not interact with. As the weather improves we will add some marked on leash walking trails. All dogs entering the property must be on leash until you are in the fenced area.

We are 4 miles off I-79 at the Conneautville/Saegertown Exit. The .5 acre area is totally fenced and is adjacent to my boarding kennel, Bed and Board at Shoalwater Kennel. Plenty of shade in the summer and it is part gravel and part grass. I am a 3rd generation dog person, competing in multiple venues, Rally, Dock Diving, Agility, Nose Work, Hunt tests, and confirmation. We are in a rural setting and are hoping to add some on leash walking trails in the woods as the weather improves.

This is I’m sure more than a half acre. Used to be a soccer and softball field that we fenced in. 60 inch fence plus some areas haven’t added netting above it that goes to probably 12 feet. There is a kitty pool and dog toys. because we live in a woods and there are at any given moment, a stray cat or depending on the time of day a deer in the back animals must be on a secure leash from the Time there out of your car to the time they are in the enclosure and vice versa. There is parking in the driveway by the house and it’s a 32nd walk around the side of the house to the pen. Please bring bags and remove any poop though. If you want to have your dog play with some other dogs, let me know. I have two that are extremely friendly.
