Our fenced-in backyard is a half-acre of open space -- plenty of room for your furry one (little or big) to sniff, sprint, walk or just roam around. As your dog enjoys the green grass, guests can relax and sit at the outdoor dining table, or in our shaded patio. We're at the end of a cul-de-sac so you can expect a higher level of privacy for your visit! (note: we have two small dogs of our own, but they will not be visible during your visit)

Hi there! My wife and I are happy to host your dog(s)! Our fenced-in backyard is a half-acre of open space -- plenty of room for your furry one (little or big) to sniff, sprint, walk or just roam around. Very close to Scarborough Train Station. Fun for dogs and kids. Digging pit. Coolaroo elevated dog bed available. Plenty of room for fetch/frisbee. Zoomies on hills tires out your pup. We used to have a dog that climbed/jumped over 8’ fences so there are extra wires at the top to prevent escapes. The bottom is also secured to the ground with extra staples so no one can dig out either.

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. Fencing is high for bigs, and goes completely down to the ground for littles! What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! About 1/3 is shaded, Wi-Fi, covered porch and a dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out in inclement weather. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool for your visit. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. The spot is named for our recently departed Rocco, our love and inspiration! Sniffspot fee goes to the care of the rescued animals. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses, six chickens, and four companion birds, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two rescued dogs permanently sanctuaried here for a year+ and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case, happy to discuss and try out a playdate. If there’s anything we can do or add to make your time here more enjoyable, just let us know. Woof woof! 🐾 🦴 🐶
