55Lori's backyard was perfect for my pups to play in, they had a blast. Lori was also very helpful answering my questions before booking. She also left out everything a dog can need including toys, treats, and water. We will definitely be returning
55Very nice backyard. Soft grass, toys, treats, and water. My pups had a great time. We’ll be back!
55Lori’s yard was the perfect size yard for my dog Luna, and I swear she was smiling after being able to run around for an hour. Lori was very sweet, she put water out for me (and my dog) and treats for her. I thought that was very sweet of her, and will definitely be going back.
55Loris yard is perfect! My boy loved it. Her grass is like clouds! My dog is an apartment dog so it's so nice to have a place to bring him that's safe and cozy.
55Amazing host and beautiful backyard, we will be back for sure!
55Loris yard is beautiful, clean & fully fenced. When we arrived there was fresh water and a bin with some toys that our pup absolutely loved. This will definitely be a regular spot for us! 😊
55We had an amazing time. Clean, quiet and peaceful where my dog played and ran a lot. We really loved the experience. Definitely coming back. Thanks to Lori too, and amazing host. 🫶🫶
55Great place to practice training like stay, while are you around the corner, or go touch the tree!
55Derby had so much fun sniffing about here, along with a bit of toy chasing.
55My dogs LOVED it. They ran so much and Lori even left out some toys for them! Very nice yard and very clean and very big. The fence has no gaps which I LOVE because one of my dogs is super dog reactive. Not in a bad way! She just wants to place with every single dog she sees and will start to cry. And my youngest one barks at anyone walking on the sidewalk unfortunately but he’s only 8 months so we’re still working on that haha. ANYWAYS Loved how private this was! Definitely will be back :) thanks so much Lori!

Come play on our fully fenced acre! We have a nice grassy yard in addition to some beautiful woods where a dog can roam and sniff—all within our fence. We have a friendly 1yr old golden retriever who may peek through the windows from time to time. Our fence is 4ft aluminum in the front and 6ft chain link along the sides and back. Feel free to park in our driveway—street parking is also available. We just ask that you don’t block the garage. We do have a folding chair out there, but if you need more seating, feel free to uncover the back patio furniture. Please just re-cover when done. Enjoy!!

TEMPORARY SPORADIC CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to renovations impacting the yard, we will be closed sporadically. During this time the side entrance and driveway will be unavailable. Please plan to park "up top" and take the stairs down to the yard. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! See you soon. Summer is almost here! Can't wait to see your pups enjoying the pool and/or splashpad! In the meantime, enjoy Spring and the sun without the humidity! Let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.
