55This was our first visit and boy did Ellie have a great time! We plan to make this a regular outing for her. Terri was so nice and welcoming. The area is perfect for off leash which Ellie needs. We were able to do some recall training as well as lots of zoomies. Thank you Terri for making this Sniffspot available. It is much appreciated!

Location

Corvallis, Oregon

Description

This is a fenced, grassy, fairly rough pasture a short drive out of town, perfect for training and playing with your dog. Chairs and picnic table available. Note: during heavy rains in the winter months the field will be closed due to the wear and tear on the grass. We are taking precautions due to the dog virus going around. We have removed toys and water access. Please bring your own. There is a water bowl out there with soap and sanitizer if you want to use that.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

This is a rough field, a few gopher holes here and there, seasonal cracks appear at the end of summer. A small ditch runs across the southeast corner, dry in the summer. Note: the field will be closed during rainy periods in winter and spring, as lots of enthusiastic dogs result in the field being torn up. The title on the website will denote the closures. During winter months, the water is shut off to the field. Please bring your own if you wish, there is a pan with soap and sanitizer available for your use.
