Description

0.36 acre lot size. Fully fenced with 6' reinforced wooden panels. There is an additional garden area that is fenced off and gated, which you are welcome to use. This yard is perfect for letting your dog run and play! Big enough to throw a ball! Also, my home is at the head of a trail that leads to Arrowhead Park, which is about a 1-2 min walk away. So before or after your off-leash playtime, you can walk the trails and take your pup to the the beautiful park!

HOST NOTE

With the freezing and warming trends this winter, there are some muddy spots in the yard, so please be careful with slick spots! I have ordered some grass seed and will be spreading it soon. I am also working on a temporary stepping stone project for people to be able to avoid the mud in spots. This is Oregon Winter after all, please remember that! 😄 So thank you for your understanding! And please let me know any way that I can improve your experience! The stepping stones are not flush with the yard, so if you choose to use them, be aware that they are above ground.

Or 14 or younger children. Hot tub is monitored daily for cleanliness.
