45Joan was very communicative and accommodating when we used her spot for a meet and greet between our dog and a new boy we’re adopting. She even filled a doggy pool on a hot day (even though I assured her neither dog liked water… it’s a breed thing.). Her yard was large and open, plus there was plenty of room to roam and plenty of water for them to drink. There was even a shaded area for the humans. The one improvement that could be made was there was a fair amount of dog droppings in both the front yard (on the way to the fenced area) and around the backyard. Nothing offensive, but still could be improved. Overall, I’d recommend.
55The dogs loved running around, playing ball. Rolling around in the grass and splashing in the mini pool.

This home was purchased just for my dogs! The yard is great for allowing them to run and play freely, there is a shed in the back with a large covered patio for shade. I can also do babysitting if you are unable to watch them play - just call or text ahead of time to set it up!

With 5 flower beds (varying sizes), each contain pet friendly Magnolia trees, Palm trees, plants, and flowers with mulch and rocks (Please don't let fur kids eat anything). The backyard has a pergola which provides shade for you and your fur baby. Chimes are on both sides of the pergola to provide music as well as rain chains. 2 ceiling fans and 2 chairs with a table, trashcan, and a sun chaise lounger are provided. Fur babies can lay on the raised pet cool beds. A brown storage bench holds a couple of dog toys, towels, poop bags, first aid kit, treats, and other things. A water bowl and hose is located by the storage bench. Our fire pit has blue glass and is not covered (Do not allow pets to get into the pit). A shed is located to the back of our yard where white rocks and big rocks are present. Our connecting neighbors has a medium sized dog and his name is Oreo. He loves to sun bath but never barks or bothers our dogs. I hope I've covered everything and you and your fur baby enjoy our oasis.
