Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. My husband and I have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! Our goal is to provide a space for all dogs to play, run and sniff away! We have a huge field with a platform/ramps, tug rope, agility poles, stick collection, hidden container with treats and possibly a prize toy! We host many special events for pups as well as birthday parties for your pups! I spent many years volunteering, fostering and ultimately adopting many animals from rescue non-profits over the years. Throughout all of the years I spent in animal rescues, I realized that most dogs don’t get much time outside of the kennels. I also came to understand that many rescue animals have trauma related behaviors and cannot integrate with other dogs. I feel so grateful to be able to provide a space for dogs to be off leash and have the freedom to explore! Also, it is a significant bonding experience for pups and their parents to have this special time together! Our dogs are in a separate fenced area but because I feel this time is for you and your pup(s), I will put my pups in the house so they are not visible to you and your pups. DOG PARK PLAY AREA: This area is 100% fenced in with two gates (entry/exit) for extra security. Please always close and latch gates behind you as you enter/exit. CREEK: Please note the creek is NOT within the fenced dog park play area! It is directly across from the dog park play area and on the left side as you walk from your car to the play area. Provided are the use of 20, 30, 40 foot long leashes (red, blue, black). Guests are welcome to use these to allow their pups more freedom to explore the creek! If your pup has excellent recall you are welcome to let them off leash but do so at your own risk! HIKING TRAIL: In addition to the dog park play area there is an awesome hiking trail for guests, however, please note it is temporarily “ON-LEASH ONLY” due to improvements and upgrades we are creating!

Pull all the way past the house down to the RED Barn. Enter yard through barn doors. 50% off Your 2nd, 3rd 4+ Dogs! I take pride in maintaining this Sniffspot. 3 acres enclosed for dog training. Private land, mowed regularly. I maintain these grounds daily and it’s generally poop free. There is also unfenced open space for use. feel free to walk the property line. Sniff & Wander Private Dog Park In Spotsylvania

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

25 Acres Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Keswick

25 acres with mostly wooded trails, and some open fields. Tree-lined creek trail, weaves through property. Lots of logs and boulders for dogs to sniff, chase wild life, and cool while doing it. Easy parking and access. Info for guests: Leash not required. Some fencing in back may be down. Use your best judgement. Clean up not required. Driving Instructions: When going up drive way stay to right. Continue towards barn. Look for red metal gate. Stop and park at red gate. Please do not drive past gate. Walk through gate. Go any direction from there. But... For most direct trail to creek walk to end of riding arena. On far side of arena there is a double gate. Trail is just past this gate. Follow this trail into woods. Creek is at bottom of hill. Once at creek multiple trails intersect near creek. There is also a trail on other side of creek that will weave back around. Trails are somewhat rugged. Watch for fallen debris from trees, ruts in ground caused by flooding, exposed roots are trip hazards. Watch your step.

River's Run 1 acre fenced Play Yard

Our property backs to Motts Run. Yard is fenced. We do have chickens and cats but they are contained. There is a trail in our yard that connects to Motts Runs Trail.
