By entering The Burton Family Farm, guest acknowledge that they understand farm properties contain inherent risks, including uneven terrain, natural hazards, wildlife, insects, weather conditions, and agricultural features, and agree to use the property responsibly. * Enter the property at your own risk. * Stay within designated guest areas unless you have permission to explore elsewhere. * Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. * Be aware of uneven ground, holes, tree roots, rocks, ponds, streams, wildlife, insects, ticks, poison ivy, and changing weather conditions. * Do not climb on farm equipment, hay bales, debris piles, fences, buildings. * Do not enter farm equipment barns, hay barns, white buildings, house, fenced off areas. * No hunting, fireworks, or firearms. * Do not cut trees. * Respect wildlife and do not feed or disturb animals. Keep all food, pet food and trash in sealed containers to not attract wildlife to your campsite. * Pack out all trash or dispose of it in only in designated containers. * Vehicles must remain on designated areas. No driving through fields or wooded areas. If you become stuck you are required to notify owners and contact a towing company. Do not drive out onto fields. * Speed limit on property is 10 mph. * Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their children, or their pets to property or their person. * No swimming in ponds unless specifically authorized by host. * Notify the host immediately of any injury, accident, fire, or property damage. * Illegal drugs and disorderly conduct are prohibited. * The owners reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if these rules are violated.
