We are a family of five who finally found our dream property with a pond, stream, and 67 acres of wooded trails. We love dogs and have 2 of our own. We have always loved finding opportunities to let our dogs explore nature off leash. We also have 8 goats and lots of ducks, chickens, and turkeys.

💧Current conditions... Clearing is soft,back trails are muddy..(plenty of dry areas) Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Neighbor walks her trash can down the driveway on trash day. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Some toys and treats provided, so all you need is your dog 🐶 Orange stakes and markers give a general idea of where to go, the property is between 2 driveways and a natural bushy barrier that makes it difficult to access neighboring properties so no worries about trespassing 😊 4 or more dogs use code lotapups and save $5 Thanks for visiting!
