55Driveway is big, plenty of space to park, clean yard with safe fence, lots of fun space to sniff!!
55Great spot😊
55The fence was tall and intact. Lots of room for a puppy to be a puppy! Loved our experience, very nice host who offered water and even mosquito spray!
55There’s a good spot for parking. The fence is tall and secure. My large Aussie and mini Aussie immediately settled in and ran around so free. There’s enough room for sprinting and running and fetch. The grass is so thick and healthy. The host greeted us once we were in and even brought out some water because I forgot to bring my own. So sweet and kind. Took our poop baggies to toss. Thankyou ☺️🐾🐾
55My dog had a great time here! Erin let us book very last minute, very responsive and accommodating:)
55Grass was taken care of and very clean!
55Totally fenced in yard. My dog had a great time.
55Our Chihuahua had a FANTASTIC time at Erin’s today! The HUGE fenced yard and beautifully manicured lawn were a welcome sight for us and we were super grateful to get to meet the owner who was very kind and helpful. Erin’s is a safe and clean place to play and relax, and we will definitely be back soon!
55Erin's spot is wonderful!! My 2 dogs enjoyed it immensely. It's fully fenced with a side gate that's easy to get in and out. We got to meet the host as well. Will definitely be back!
55My friend bought her dog and we all had a great time

I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. The pond is pretty cool too. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎 The pool is off limits

Welcome to Mattis Manor: Where Good Dogs Go Feral 🐾🌾 Come stretch those legs, sniff ALL the things, and enjoy 5 beautiful acres of country freedom! Our property features a gorgeous spring-fed pond perfect for exploring, splashing, and cooling off after some serious zoomies. Wander the grassy paths, explore the fields, and let your dog’s nose lead the adventure. There are also two barns open for supervised sniffing and exploring—because apparently five acres wasn’t enough adventure. 😂 And the best part? Our little slice of dog heaven is surrounded by approximately 100 acres of beautiful farmland, giving you that peaceful, wide-open-country feeling away from the hustle, bustle, and distractions of town. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff, splash, explore, work on recall, or simply wander around pretending they own the place, Mattis is graciously willing to share his kingdom. 5 acres. Spring-fed pond. Two barns. Country views. Endless sniffs. Mattis Lee has inspected the premises and officially declared it FERAL APPROVED. 👑🐊
