55We had a great time! You can see the neighbors chickens but they were quiet and so my dog didn’t mind them at all.
55Great find for our first Sniffspot! It's a huge yard with plenty of space for my pups to explore. It’s fully fenced with zero gaps, and the back fence has tall shrubbery that makes it feel very private—it's going to look incredible once the fall leaves start turning! I saw a few reviews mentioning neighboring dogs and chickens, but we had zero issues. No dogs were out during our visit, and the chickens are on the far side of the neighbor's yard—my dogs didn't even notice them, and they weren't noisy at all. The host kindly left out three bowls of water and was super responsive to my messages in the app. Definitely keeping this saved as a favorite! Pro tip: If you're driving in from a bit further away, there's a gas station right at the entrance of the neighborhood.
55Large spacious backyard. My pups loved running around and smelling everything. Kim left 3 large bowls of fresh water on the shaded porch for my 3. The yard is well kept and definitely more of a natural wooded environment with tall lovely pine trees and bushes bordering the fences. The chickens next door were very quiet, I didn’t even notice them until the last 15 minutes. My dogs barked at them for a minute and then continued running around, exploring wherever their noses took them. Occasionally my dogs would quietly chill to watch the chickens, just fascinated by their new discovery ;). Definitely bring bug spray if visiting in the afternoon or later. They weren’t too bad in the late morning. Throughout the yard there were plenty of sunny spots as well as shaded areas to stay cool. Overall, terrific fenced in natural space for dogs to enjoy as if they were in a forest preserve.
45It's a shame that I would have had to read through every review to know that there was a dog next door. My original host for today canceled and I took this listing on a whim. I simply would have come more prepared knowing about the neighbor dog. Being short on time I did not read every review but ill have to start. I would have loved for this to be a good learning experience for my boys but instead it was just a half hour of hassle.
55It’s a huge backyard for my dog, and he really enjoyed his playtime! The host was very helpful and even provided bug spray for us, which we really appreciated. We would definitely visit again.
55Huge yard! My dogs loved it. They were gassed out after 30 minutes
45The yard was specious, the neighbor dog seems friendly, my two spent a good amount of time running the fence line with him. The yard is set back and peaceful, easy access. The only real downside was getting eaten alive by bugs. While that is not something the host can control she did provide bug spray when I asked 8f she had any which was a life saver! Will be returning
55Perfect for a shelter pup! She took an amazing nap on the dog bed and loved all the sniffs
55Great spot, lots of room and shade. Theres a fair amount of bugs which is normal with the foliage, so bring some bug spray if that bothers you.
55Had a great time at Kim’s private park the place it self has big trees that offer great shade in the summer or in my case rain. Barely even got wet. There is a neighbor dog next to Kim’s and if your dogs are reactive you might have a hard time .

Hi, my name is Bob and I grew up here with many different dogs over the years. They all loved to run, play and explore the yard as much as I did. I decided to name my spot for my mother, who always brought me to all the pet shops around and the reason for my love of animals. I sincerely hope that you and your dogs will also have as much fun running, playing and exploring the yard as we did!
