Our large trees and covered patio provide shade when you need a break from the sun. Sit by the lake and enjoy duck and bird sightings. Bring lunch and enjoy it on the back patio table with seating for six or lounge on the four lounge chairs under the umbrellas. If you come by in the early evening, you can catch a sunset from the Adirondack chairs or the lake. Bring your pups to play in a fully fenced backyard. The space is 2000 sqft and mostly grass with small hills and dips. The patio provides good shade all day and there is a small bench for resting. Guests are welcome to use the hose to play or fill up kiddie pools. The yard is completely fenced with a gate. Be advised, very small dogs may be able to shimmy or dig through the fence panels so please use supervision. The yard is adjacent to other yards and not the street. The home is in a small, quiet gated community and parking is available in the driveway. No other dogs currently live at the home. The grass is cut regularly and treated once a quarter with pet-safe pesticide from Pestie. Guests are welcome to use the restroom inside when I am home. Please reach out with any questions!
