Welcome to our Sniffspot space at Calming Canines Dog Training HQ. Please review the following rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit for you and your dog. General Rules Booking required for all visits — no drop-ins. Please respect that this is a residential area. Keep noise to a reasonable level and be mindful of neighbours. Do not interact with neighbouring dogs. You may see or hear dogs through fences, but please avoid approaching or engaging with them. Pick up all waste and take it with you or place it in the designated bin. Children must be supervised at all times. Safety Notes Please be aware of rabbit holes, uneven ground, and small gaps in fencing, particularly if you have very small dogs. If your dog is an escape risk, select the HQ Indoor/Outdoor Secure Area rather than the acreage. Dogs must be actively supervised at all times. Acreage Forest Area This area uses standard farm fencing. You may see neighbours’ dogs through distant fencing, but you will not come into direct contact. Be mindful of natural terrain, wildlife, and potential rabbit burrows. Suitable for confident dogs, dogs with good recall, or those comfortable in open environments. HQ Indoor/Outdoor Secure Spot Fully enclosed with 6ft council-standard fencing and a double-door airlock entry. Ideal for dogs who need a secure environment or those who may be flight risks. No contact with neighbouring dogs from this area. Arrival & Departure Please remain in your car if another user is present. Only enter once the previous booking has fully exited. Keep dogs leashed until safely inside your designated area. Respect the Space No destruction of property, digging in training yards, or climbing on equipment unless permitted. Please leave the space as you found it. Report any issues immediately so we can address them. Liability & Responsibility All dogs must be vaccinated or meet your veterinarian’s recommendations.
