55Jessica was a lovely host and her place was exactly what I was looking for. My dogs and I enjoyed our stay. She was very accommodating and communicative.
55Our dogs had an amazing time swimming (well one did lol, the other is not a water dog). When they weren’t swimming they were playing around the chickens, running and sniffing around the yard, and relaxing under the shade. We had an amazing time and will defiantly be back again next summer!

55Lovely BIG space to take my dog to play. Chickens are well fenced in. I didn’t see any other dogs or people (minus the owner who popped out to tell me where the water bowl was, much appreciated!). Lots of interesting sniffs for my dog and room to run. I will be back!
55Absolutely loved taking my dogs there! The chickens were an added bonus for my pups to encounter new smells. Fresh water for my pups to drink and the pool access was great. Will definitely go again.
55Very nice yard and pool. I had hoped to get my border Collie to not be so afraid of water.... It didn't work but I enjoyed swimming and she enjoyed chasing her you around the yard.

Description

We have 2 fully fenced acres in the back yard, along with an acre not fenced in, but available for sniffing! The front yard is also open, with about .75 acres. Located on the river road in Donaldsonville, you’re able to walk the levee and the bank of the river. The fenced in backyard includes flowers, plants, chicken coop (for sniffing), plenty of trees, and lots of open room to run! We have three dogs so there will be plenty of smells for yours! There is a shaded patio area for the humans to relax, along with a kiddie pool for dogs (or kids). There is an in ground pool, with a safety fence around it. The pool will only be available in the summer months. If bringing children, there are plenty of toys and a playground! We hope to see you soon!
