The large grassy area is perfect for zoomies, fetch, and sniffing adventures, while the peaceful setting backs up to open green space and mature trees, creating a quiet retreat away from busy streets. The property features beautifully landscaped gardens, shaded areas for relaxing, and a clean, well-maintained environment. With plenty of room to roam and lots of interesting scents to discover, this is an ideal spot for exercise, enrichment, and quality outdoor time. Private, fully fenced yard. No shared space, easy entry, and a calm, safe environment for your pup to decompress. Bonus: direct access to the Wissahickon Trail!! 🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people and their pups. This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.  ** While we love 🩷 hosting your pups! 🐾 We work full-time, 🐶Same-day bookings are always welcome but please note it may not allow me time to prepare the yard 💩 to my standards and place out the welcome basket 😊 for your visit. PLEASE be sure to bathe & brush your dog out before you arrive. I also have a brush here that you can give your puppy a quick brush before they enter the pool! This helps me keep the pool as clean as possible for everyone!

Our spot is completely secluded and hidden from the road, backing up to beautiful, quiet woods for a truly peaceful retreat. Large Open Backyard: We have a massive, open yard perfect for fetching, sniffing, and burning off energy. Please note: The main yard is not fenced, making it ideal for dogs with good recall or those using long training lines. Dog & Human Friendly Pool: Want to cool off? We have an awesome pool that both dogs and humans are welcome to swim! We ask that 1 human/dog in the pool unless other arrangements are made with us prior to your visit. For everyone's peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced. The remainder of the back yard is not fenced in, but is accessible for well-trained dogs with recall.

We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise.
