Welcome to our private, nearly one-acre dog-friendly retreat tucked away in a quiet residential development just off Barton Avenue. With only eight other homes nearby, the property offers a peaceful and low-traffic environment for dogs and owners alike. The entire yard is available for use and offers a mix of natural terrain and open space to explore. About half of the property is heavily and naturally wooded, providing shaded areas, interesting scents, and a fun environment for curious dogs to roam and sniff. The other half features open grassy areas along with a usable paved driveway that’s perfect for easy access, walking, training, or play. Whether your dog loves wooded adventures, open grassy zoomies, or simply a calm private setting away from crowds, this space offers a little bit of everything in a safe and relaxing atmosphere.

Dogs with unreliable recall should remain on a long lead or leash. • Owners are fully responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. • Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly in the provided bin on the drive way. • Be respectful of neighboring homes and keep noise to a reasonable level. • No destructive behavior, or aggressive dogs. • Please park only in the designated driveway area if opting not to use public street parking on Barton Ave (which remains available). • The wooded section is natural terrain and may include trees, sticks, twigs, logs, dead trees, uneven ground, leaves, or seasonal mud. • Use of the property is at your own risk. • Please leave the space as you found it so everyone can enjoy it.

Mind Your Manorville Private Dog Park

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our fire pit and firewood is available for safe use (please ask first). Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is CLOSED. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions.
