Mind Your Manorville Private Dog Park

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our fire pit and firewood is available for safe use (please ask first). Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is CLOSED. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. A very nice background for anyone who doesn’t have one. I have a dog of my own and I’d love to get her together with other dogs if that’s okay with you. There are weeds and bushes that you should try and keep your dog out of. I’m going to try and pick them soon. Some do have thorns, but are easy to avoid as long as you keep an eye on your dog.
