55We had the best time! Was as described and owner was very nice.
55Tug had so much fun at Scott's farm today! Even though it rained a bit for some of the visit, we still had a great time. When the rain was heavier (only about 5 mins), we just chilled on the charming, sheltered bridge, & stayed dry. It was nice to watch the rain from that vantage point. Tug loves rolling around in mud, & shallow parts of the large ponds, so he was a happy "hippo." Definitely wear rain boots. We're used to having to wear them for other Sniffspots, that have ponds or lakes. Beautiful space during Summer. Looking forward to seeing what the Fall foliage looks like. Tug will be happy to return, as well!

55Our boy Finn got to play in the water, roll in the puddles, and play some fetch in the grass area near the ponds. You are able to access the red gate, where the majority of the acreage is, but there are horses roaming free, so a good recall or on leash is probably a good idea. We got there late due, but Scott was very accommodating and allowed us to stay late. There are some mushy and puddle areas, probably due to the recent rain. We planned ahead and wore rain boots or else our feet would’ve been soaked.
55Charming host and gorgeous spot! 🩷🐎✨ Definitely felt a bit nervous about using a semi fenced spot for the first time, but there's lots of fencing and natural boundaroes that kept Addy safe (except for one break out where she got to the absolutely dead road and I was able to coax her back lol) Host was attentive and amazing and friendly and easy on the eyes 😅 He turned on the hose for us, gave a mini tour, and even gave us carrots to feed the ponies! So absolutely worth it, I definitely recommend! 🩷🐎✨
35Ok so I debated myself on how to rate this visit. I don’t want to drag the host or anything but I am disappointed I wasted money (credits on Sniffspot) on this place today. Heads up the pond (or small lake?) is completely covered in green algae (as of today August 4 2026). I’m not an expert or anything but I guess at the height of summer…that is just how ponds work. I wish the listing had a note or something about it though. Maybe it’s totally fine and I’m overreacting…but I wasn’t sure if it was safe to let my dog in the water when it’s that green and that was the whole reason for choosing this place. I couldn’t tell from 15 feet away where the water started and the grass ended. That’s how much we’re talking. To be fair I waited until the last minute to book this spot. That’s how I usually do it and it’s not been an issue. I get that not everyone functions that way. An update or edit to the listing would be a good idea for the host to make in the future. I’ll try to attach pictures.
55This is a beautiful, serene spot. The host, Scott, is very nice, and has excellent communication skills. I was a bit hesitant to try this spot because our dog, Tug, is highly reactive, and there can be chickens/roosters roaming near the house/barn, but Tug didn't notice them, or care, at all. There was a regular bird (not livestock/pet) that Tug could've easily chased, but he didn't even try, which shocked us. When we're at home in the city, Tug is extremely reactive, but when we visit Sniffspots, I think he feels safer and more relaxed, and becomes less reactive. I was also a little worried that there were small gaps in the fencing, but it wasn't an issue at all. Perfect for dogs that like ponds/lakes, but Tug got a new squeaky ball upon arrival, so he mostly just wanted to play with that, ha. Also, the grass is beautiful. Very charming spot; I highly recommend it. Hoping to revisit soon!
55Friendly host greeted us upon arrival, explained the property boundaries and off-limit areas (livestock on the property). Plenty of space for our dogs to run to include a pond. Great property and PLENTY of space to run (and swim).

Have 2 ponds & a stream & 4+ acearse of grass. Just had 10 horses brought so the back fields are occupied. 2 person sea kayak is avaible to use & fresh water is available at the garden hose front corner of the house.

I have 2 horses using the pasture's in my front yard & pond area. I need 6 hrs minimum to put them in the barn.Very friendly thourobred & mountain horse geldings. If you & your dog /dog's are around horses I could leave them out. Ty
