Pups are welcome anywhere on the property except the small fenced off area at the back of the house. Wading pool usually available up near the house for dogs’ water play. Amenities include chairs, toys, water for dogs, free accessories, and other items to make your visit enjoyable 💖. Please wear shoes appropriate for natural uneven terrain that includes rocks, pine cones, animal burrows, etc. Also, please do your best to pick up and dispose of your pups’ “💩.” Bags and a trash can are always available. Taylor pond is a 5 acre pond located in the heart of Poway. The amenities include a grass yard and yard in the back filled with wood chips and a eucalyptus grove as well of course as the pond. Keep in mind when you bring your dog we turn to work in the yard and also rent out a building in the back . So please make sure your dog is friendly with people.

Art supplies are available at no extra cost, allowing you to unleash your creativity while your dog scampers up and down the hill. Leave your mark on our community shed—a message, a signature, or a whimsical drawing—or paint a rock to add to our growing collection! Thoughtfully designed with your pet’s safety in mind, the park is securely fenced, with two sides at 6 feet and the other two at 4 and 5 feet, ensuring your dog can play freely and safely. A Note on Safety and Park Care: Please be aware that ground squirrels also call our property home, so there may be some holes. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear (no heels) for your safety. To help us keep the ground safe and beautiful for all our guests, we also ask that you prevent your dog from digging, as this can create tripping hazards. We know some pups just love to dig! If your dog does make a hole, we kindly ask that you use the provided shovel to fill it in and return the area to its original condition before you leave. Rainy Day Amenities: On rainy days, our rinsing station is available to help clean up muddy paws before heading home. We also ask that you please leave any dirty tennis balls in the blue tub with soapy water, located on the other side of the fence, to keep them fresh for the next guest. Two beautiful horses have moved in next door! While they are not always visible, you might hear a friendly “hee” every now and then. To ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, we kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 5 feet from our neighbor’s fence at the top of the property. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.
