The property is not a traditional park or maintained yard — it is real, unmanicured land with natural elements such as uneven ground, wooded areas, and occasional fallen trees. There are multiple areas to walk, explore, or relax, depending on your preference. Some guests prefer to stay near open spaces, while others enjoy walking deeper into the wooded trails. This space is especially ideal for: Dogs that need space away from other animals Reactive or shy dogs Owners looking for a more natural outdoor experience Because this is a rural property, you may occasionally hear distant outdoor sounds from neighboring properties. We created this space for dog owners who want something different — not a crowded dog park, not a small fenced yard, but real outdoor space where dogs can explore freely. Our property is quiet, low-traffic, and designed for self-guided visits. Many of our guests come because their dogs are reactive, shy, or simply do better in a private environment without other dogs around. This is a natural, unmanicured setting with trails, open areas, and wooded terrain. It’s not a curated park — it’s real land, and that’s exactly what makes it special. If you’re looking for privacy, space, and a place where your dog can just be a dog, this is it.
