Fencing details: Tarp lined along fence shared with a neighbor who has a small indoor dog. There is a small gap at the bottom of the entrance gate that’s about 6 inches. If you have a small dog they could possibly crawl under if you’re not watching them.

Large fully fenced backyard with lots of space to run and play. Swimming pool available for both pups and their humans! Please note that if you plan to have 3 or more people at your booking there is a $10 charge. You must add the “3+ People” extra when booking.

-Pool- swim at your own risk -Pollen -Pine trees- Yard is routinely cleaned but anyone with pine trees knows how hard it is to keep your yard free of pine straw and pine cones! -There is a small gap at the bottom of the entrance gate that’s about 6 inches. -Please remember that Sniffspot is to provide enjoyment and enrichment to our dogs and is not a place to get together just to hang with friends. For this reason, if there will be 3 or more people at your booking you must add the “3+ People” extra for $10. -No alcohol allowed. -Please scan the whole backyard for your dogs poop before you leave. -Keep gate closed and locked at all times. -Please never leave your dogs unattended.

We had an AMAZING time! Our first SniffSpot experience and it was great. The host had sunscreen and dog toys ready for us, and the pool was very clean and perfect temperature

OMGOODNESS! My Ollie and I had a blast! I only rented an hour because he had never been in a pool before and I wasn’t sure what his reaction would be. He was definitely scared at first but by the end of the hour he was a pro and sure didn’t want to leave. Getting to swim with him was an amazing experience. The pool and yard are clean and beautiful. I have two regrets…1) that I only booked an hour 2) that I found this place in September! I wish I had known about it back in June so we could have had the whole summer to enjoy. But you can bet we will be back every chance we get.

Quiet Private Dog Park In Fayetteville, close to Yadkin gate

Private shaded suburban half acre for your pups to run and play. Very close to the Yadkin gate in the Cottonade neighborhood. Please park on the right hand angular section of the driveway. Proceed from the parking spot along the right side of the garage and to the gate at the fence. Trash cans are available on the left, dispose of bagged waste only in the green trash can. Enter the yard through the gate. Please feel free to use the table and chairs; please do not use the grill! Sunscreen and bug spray are available along with hand sanitizer. Water accessible from the hose provided, water bowl available. Please message me if you need additional accommodation, I am flexible.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
