We love dogs, but we have cats inside. We are more than happy to host our fully fenced in large yard that is very secure to one dog at a time or multiple dogs from the same household. Sorry, I know a lot of those breeds are misunderstood, but I fear them. I like some German shepherds, depending on their nature if your dog is a trained attack dog, I cannot accept. No aggressive dogs no aggressive breeds no exceptions. I am home 24 seven and able to ensure your dogs have fresh water always I changed my cats water three -four times a day. Happy to feed your dog on your schedule bring the dog food and your dog or doggies as mentioned. This is one family at a time. I will not allow dogs from separate households to be in the yard unattended to and be liable for fights or injured animals. Renter of yard and owner of dogs are responsible For any damages. Your dogs may do other than digging. Owner is liable for dog safety if dog jumps the fence, we are not liable. We are host only and your dog’s health and safety is your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for any damages to your dog or the property if your dog damages, the home’s exterior in anyway. Most dogs don’t do that so it shouldn’t be a concern. Dogs will not be allowed inside the garage unless our cats are in the home. We will be responsible for putting our cats up and letting your dog in if it gets too hot outside or if it rains if we go shopping and your dog gets wet, we are not liable if your dog overheats we are not liable this is Fayetteville Hope Mills. We all know the heat risk Our garage is a shelter, but it does get hot in here. We have a fan we put out, but we cannot be responsible for any shorts out breeds that may overheat. I will do my best to look out for them and care for them and keep them cool, but I will not be liable for Vet bills, injured, or animals that die. I will call any emergency that number you give me immediately and you immediately should your dog look like it’s in danger. I do love dogs very much and would do my best buy them, but I cannot be responsible in that manner. This is a yard for rent and by renting this yard you agree to these terms Are renting this yard. You accept for responsibility for your own vet bills for any injuries or health issues that may arise out of using our yard you accept all liability for any damage. Your dog may do to the exterior of the home. You accept full responsibility for your own dog. We are only offering the water the garage as an emergency shelter and to feed your animal as a courtesy, we are not liable. We encourage you to bring your own water and food bowls to stop any cross contamination owners are to pick up dog and not abandon animal on our property Any abandonment and not picking up the dog will result in the dog going to the animal shelter after 48 hours of trying to notify you. If there is another resource, we could take your dog too. That is not an animal shelter such as a no kill shelter. We will definitely try that first we will give you 48 hours but we will not be able to keep your dog in our home or yard. If you abandoned your animal if you plan to do that, please please do not put us in that position if that would be very upsetting.
