Backyard is big enough to throw a bal and dog get to full speed. The trail being wood chipped will be softer on dogs feet than hot pavement. It will be a quarter mile loop for a running trail. Stay tuned. Price will go up once amenities are added (camp site, chairs and benches, running trail, more to come)
