Description

Gorgeous lot at the base of Mt. Humphreys and Snowbowl! Just 15 mins from downtown Flagstaff and 3 minutes off route 180. Stop here for daily play, or pull off on your long road trip on the way to the Grand Canyon!

Hazards

The immediate yard is pretty much hazard-free! Note there are small gaps under the deck, so if your dog is small be diligent about that. Please be cautious if you choose to use the back pasture. The ground can be uneven, the grass is often tall and there can be small holes in the ground from animals that are easy to roll your ankle on. There is the possibility of old horse manure in the back pasture. Additionally, please park in front of the house on the pull-through driveway or on the concrete slab near the garage. A blacksmith used to occupy the premises, so parking near the pasture gate you run the risk of stray nails and horse shoes.

Additional rules

If you are driving from Phoenix or other areas- please give yourself extra time. There is heavy traffic at times that can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate every last minute booking change request due to the high volume of guests using our yard. In alignment with Sniffspot’s policy, if you are unable to change the reservation through your profile or if you are within 2 hours of your booking start time, I cannot guarantee any changes. You will have to book and pay for a new time that works for you. Please note there is a fire ban currently. Absolutely no fires! If it is lifted, then fires in the fire pit will be permitted again.

	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
	Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

We had a wonderful time playing at this yard! We were on a road trip and I needed to get my Border Collies out to run, do a few tricks, and play fetch. I dont trust other people and their dogs. This sniff spot was awesome! They even had a little snow slush on the ground and my dogs have not seen snow. They enjoyed digging in it! Thank you!!!

Wonderful area for my 2 big dogs to roam. My escape artist husky couldn't get out, so it's definitely secure.

Hi! I’m a dog owner of a reactive dog. I’ve struggled to find safe places to exercise him. Now that I finally have a yard I decided to join Sniffspot to share my yard with others who might have the same issue!

Very private - lots of land - totally safe while still being wild

Your dogs (or cats) will love free roaming through our wild land! There’s a lot of smells to explore and trees to pee on. We own all the surrounding land live near by if you need anything

Make the turn on Laguna off Highway 180, then make immediate right and drive parallel to US Highway 180 the property is on the left and surrounded by fence posts, which will soon be fenced.
