Description

Gorgeous lot at the base of Mt. Humphreys and Snowbowl! Just 15 mins from downtown Flagstaff and 3 minutes off route 180. Stop here for daily play, or pull off on your long road trip on the way to the Grand Canyon!

HOST NOTE

The immediate yard is pretty much hazard-free! Note there are small gaps under the deck, so if your dog is small be diligent about that. Please be cautious if you choose to use the back pasture. The ground can be uneven, the grass is often tall and there can be small holes in the ground from animals that are easy to roll your ankle on. There is the possibility of old horse manure in the back pasture. There is a trench covered by sheet metal. The horses have damaged the sheet metal so it does cover the trench, but needs to be replaced and screwed in. We are working on this repair. Additionally, please park in front of the house on the pull-through driveway or on the concrete slab near the garage. A blacksmith used to occupy the premises, so parking near the pasture gate you run the risk of stray nails and horse shoes.

If you are driving from Phoenix or other areas- please give yourself extra time. There is heavy traffic at times that can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate every last minute booking change request due to the high volume of guests using our yard. In alignment with Sniffspot’s policy, if you are unable to change the reservation through your profile or if you are within 2 hours of your booking start time, I cannot guarantee any changes. You will have to book and pay for a new time that works for you. Please note there is a fire ban currently. Absolutely no fires! If it is lifted, then fires in the fire pit will be permitted again.
