Enjoy 10 beautiful acres of open, non-fenced land with stunning views and plenty of room for your dog to move, train, and explore. This spot is ideal for training sessions, recall work, and close-range running, especially for dogs who do well off-leash with supervision. The open layout provides great visibility across the property, making it easy to keep an eye on your pup while you work or play together. It’s a peaceful, spacious environment that’s perfect for focused training or a relaxed sniff and stroll. ⚠️ Please note: There may be active construction in a designated area of the property. For safety, do not enter any construction zones and keep dogs within the approved areas at all times. Because the property is not fenced, dogs should have reliable recall or remain on a long lead line. Owners are responsible for supervising their dogs during their visit. A wonderful spot for handlers looking for space, views, and a calm place to work with their dog! Important before booking: The road is right off the hwy but does have a 7% incline on a primitive dirt road to reach spot so be sure you have an appropriate vehicle prior to booking this spot. The views are worth it!

You are responsible for your dog if there are any damages. Please don’t drive vehicles off gravel areas. Be a responsible pet owner.
