Hello! We love our furry friends. Our recently remodeled back yard is yours to share. Our Sniffspot offers a beautiful view off the back deck, a 375 sq ft patch of turf, and a dog runway along the house. Dog water, toys & balls provided! Pooper scooper available to clean up after your pet. There are two dogs that live in our home & they will be unable to access the yard during your visit. Neighbors on both sides also have dogs, but they are rarely outside and separated by fence. Thank you for using Sniffspot and we hope you and your pet(s) enjoy a safe space to visit.

10 Fully Fenced Acres Near the Grand Canyon – Private Dog Paradise 🐾

Fully Fenced

10 acres

Let your dog run, sniff, and explore 10 fully fenced acres in a peaceful, rural setting 25 minutes from Williams, AZ and about 45 minutes on the way to the Grand Canyon South Rim. This private, secure property offers wide-open space, stunning 360 high-desert views with Grand Canyon in the horizon, and a calm environment, ideal for off-leash zoomies, decompression, and training. ✨ What makes this spot special: • 10 acres of fully fenced land with plenty of room for zoomies • Private bookings, no shared sessions with other guests • Quiet, rural setting with expansive views and fresh mountain air • Easy access (about 1 mile off the highway on well-maintained roads) • Secure fencing suitable for most dogs • Great for recall training, enrichment, and multi-dog households 🐕 On-site resident dog: We have a very playful 2-year-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon who lives on the property. For your comfort and your dog’s safety, she will be kept indoors during your visit. 🌲 The property features natural high-desert terrain, we will provide water for your pups. Expect plenty of room for big runs and happy, tired pups. This is a private alternative to crowded dog parks or forest with potential for other campers/hikers or wild animals. 🚗 Convenient for travelers heading to or from Williams, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon, it’s a perfect stop to let your dog stretch their legs safely.
