45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Gorgeous view. Wooded hills. 2 acres of flat ground with mowed areas and long grass pasture as well. The rest is wild forest with a small trail made by owner. Your phone will have no service once you start on the dirt road up to the house. Cat on property and will be kept indoors.

We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

First 3 dogs are eligible for Sniffspot discounted rate. For dog parities of 4 or more each additional dog must be booked as an “extra”.
