Gorgeous view. Wooded hills. 2 acres of flat ground with mowed areas and long grass pasture as well. The rest is wild forest with a small trail made by owner. Your phone will have no service once you start on the dirt road up to the house. Cat on property and will be kept indoors.

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Hello! Just a little chill spot :) It’s not giant, but it’s available if you’d like a cheap and private place to let your dog play. I know that a lot of people in my area live in apartments, so my place is perfect for a little off-leash free run and chill. I'm happy to help anyway I can! A fenced backyard to use as you please. Wooden 6-foot fence in the back. Chain 4-foot fences on the side. Enter through the side gate on the right side of the house. Plenty of seating! You might want to bring a towel or blanket for the chairs if it rained or snowed recently. My pups and I like it back here :) Always a work in a progress, and it will likely look a little different every time you come. Take a load off, and visit a place where you can sit and keep an eye on your pups the whole time. 🐶

We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

First 3 dogs are eligible for Sniffspot discounted rate. For dog parities of 4 or more each additional dog must be booked as an “extra”.
