Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. The hot tub is a great addition- lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. The yard is perfect for training, fetch, Or general play. It is fully fenced in. The Neighborhood is very dog friendly. So fee feel to take them for a walk after or stop in for some play time after a walk. We also have a friendly dog. So if you're looking to introduce your puppy to other dogs, we can help. Welcome to Lemuria on the Lake, a unique place for you and your dog

Welcome to ‘Lemuria on the Lake’ an open and scenic space with a spectacular, unobstructed view of sunsets and The Hardrock guitar shining ever changing lights across the lake. The yard is fully fenced with a private gate and magical side entry path that allows for easy access to the open decks. There is a ship wire and railing fence where the expansive lake view is. There is a large elevated wooden deck above the lake and a safety gate that is closed so it does not allow entry for your pooch. If you want to kayak for an additional fee, you are welcome to do so after signing a waiver. Dogs are allowed on the kayaks if you are comfortable with that. There is a vast concrete deck area with ample seating, a fire pit, sofas and two dining tables too. You are welcome to bring a meal and there will be flameless candles for added ambiance. It’s already warmly lit in multiple ways. There is plenty of room for dogs to run and have fun. There are wonderful vignettes to relax in, as well as a small shelter pavilion to sit under if preferred. The sunsets and evening times are the best time to enjoy it. There will be water bowls with alkaline filtered water for your dog. There is a large Buddha fountain with a pond at the base which is not filtered. I do want any visitors to be aware of it so as to prevent their pups from driving from it as it’s natural water with some algae. I do have a hose and a kiddy pool as an extra amenity if requested in advance. Please make sure your dog has fully up to date vaccines so as to keep it a safe environment for all visitors and my puppy, Truffle! Please be sure to let me know at least 24 hours before booking your visit so as to avoid schedule conflicts.
