Property Access and Boundaries -Guests and dogs must remain within the 1.5-acre designated Sniffspot area, which does not include the fenced area around the main house. -Do not enter any fenced or gated areas marked private. -Cars must park on the paved area only — no parking on grass, gravel, or in the driveway in front of the house. -The main gate/fence must remain closed while on the property for safety. -Please arrive and leave only during your booked time. Dog Conduct and Safety -All dogs must be current on vaccinations and free from fleas/ticks. -Dogs must be under control at all times — either by leash or reliable voice command. -No excessive barking, chasing wildlife, or damaging property. -If your dog shows aggression or destructive behavior, please end your visit early for safety. -Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior and any damages or injuries. Clean-Up and Courtesy -Pick up all waste immediately and place in provided trash bins. -Please take all personal items, toys, and trash with you when you leave. -No food, glass, or smoking on the property. -Help us keep this space safe and clean for all guests.
