Welcome to Country Paws Hideaway, a peaceful slice of Texas countryside where dogs can run, sniff and play in wide open space. This 1.5 -acre property offers plenty of room for off-leash fun surrounded by the quiet charm of country living. You’ll find shady areas under trees, open fields for fetch or zombies, and plenty of natural scents for curious noses to explore. Your host lives nearby and takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and relaxing for both pups and their people. Chairs are available in open spaces so guests can sit back and enjoy the fresh air while their dogs play.

HOST NOTE

A quick note for your safety: There’s a burn pile with branches and brush on the property, a stacked pile of bricks behind the shop, and a small trailer covered with a tarp that holds items waiting for disposal. These areas are off-limits to dogs and guests, but there’s plenty of open space to explore safely!

Property Access and Boundaries -Guests and dogs must remain within the 1.5-acre designated Sniffspot area, which does not include the fenced area around the main house. -Do not enter any fenced or gated areas marked private. -Cars must park on the paved area only — no parking on grass, gravel, or in the driveway in front of the house. -The main gate/fence must remain closed while on the property for safety. -Please arrive and leave only during your booked time. Dog Conduct and Safety -All dogs must be current on vaccinations and free from fleas/ticks. -Dogs must be under control at all times — either by leash or reliable voice command. -No excessive barking, chasing wildlife, or damaging property. -If your dog shows aggression or destructive behavior, please end your visit early for safety. -Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior and any damages or injuries. Clean-Up and Courtesy -Pick up all waste immediately and place in provided trash bins. -Please take all personal items, toys, and trash with you when you leave. -No food, glass, or smoking on the property. -Help us keep this space safe and clean for all guests. Play Smart and Stay Safe -Use caution — this is a natural outdoor space that may include uneven ground, grass spurs/stickers, wildlife, and insects. -Children must be supervised at all times. -The host may cancel or reschedule visits due to unsafe weather or maintenance needs. 🐕 Dog Conduct & Safety All dogs must be current on vaccinations and free from fleas/ticks. Our Sniffspot offers 1.5 acres of natural yard space—separate from the main house—with plenty of room to run and sniff. Guests will find chairs available to sit and relax while their dogs enjoy some off-leash time in the fresh air.
