Larkin's 4 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Fortville

Our boys had a blast! Even though the listing says “partial fencing” I think there’s still a very obvious boundary. Our older lab has really good recall but we have a 5 month old that we brought a long line for because we were nervous about the fencing. But he quickly recognized the boundary and never tested it. We will be coming back often!

Our two Goldens had so much fun. Trees shade and open spaces and so well maintained. We will definitely visit again. Love the country feeling and also relaxing country roads to get to this wonderful place...for dogs to roam and experience lots of new adventures for them. Great time

This spot was great! I was curious to see how our dog would do with the partial fencing, but for the most part the fencing was several horizontal wires- enough to create a clear barrier that he didn’t ever try to cross. The grass was quite high at the time we went- which our long-legged Doberman loved to prance though and explore and smell. (But for which my daughter wished she had worn pants- next time!) At the picnic table there’s a Rubbermaid full of helpful items- poop bags, balls, towels, water bowl, blankets, a large pair of rain boots, wound kit, treats, etc. our dog also loved greeting the cows across the road. My 2 kids and our dog all loved the place and we’ll definitely be back!

It was easy to find and the area was very clean. Great box of amenities including poo bags, water bowls, hand sanitizer, toys and treats! Secure and large enough that I had no worries about her off leash. Friendly and helpful host 🙂 I can’t wait to come back!!

This is a great spot. My dogs had a wonderful time. Please take the hosts comments seriously. The space is not secure but it is large enough that you can stay away from the road and play.

it was great, and easy to spot the entrance. my boy loved running around and smelling everything. they had a tote of things for us to use(bowls, toys, leashes, and some treats). grass was a bit long so if you go in the morning like i did bring an extra pair of shoes or boots(they have a pair in the tote).

My dog loved this spot! The area was nice, open, and clean. Parking in the pasture was a plus too! Will be back for sure!

Another fun time with our dogs. Grass are nicely cut short and clean. Our dogs are enjoyed all the sniffs and run. Can’t wait to bring them back again!
