55Very nice mowed grass area with a few trees. There are definitely cows across the road, which of course my pup ran towards as soon as I got him out. He had to be on a leash during my visit. The neighbor with the cows also has a dog that was sitting on their back porch while I was there. However my dog-reactive pup didn't even notice it and it was very well behaved. My pup was very happy with the experience, although I wish he'd let the cows be.
55Great spot!
45It was a very nice spot but it didn’t work for my dog. There was a neighbor’s dog out who started barking and so she started barking and once she could see the dog too, she didn’t want to stay and every little thing started setting her off. You are also right off the road so if you have a dog who is reactive to cars, just be aware of that. There wasn’t anything marked for where to pull in but based on the pictures and the screenshot from Google Maps that matched where we were, I decided it was correct.
55Such a big area with so much to explore in peaceful surroundings. Our favorite spot in the Indy area.
55Really beautiful spot! My dogs loved running around the open field and the change in elevation did good to wear them out. There is a section that is NOT fenced so be aware when visiting! My puppy was very adamant about trying to visit the cows across the street. The spot is near an airstrip and there just happened to be an airshow taking place while we were here, so we enjoyed sitting on the hill, watching the planes come and go. Such a beautiful area, especially with the fall leaves. Entrance was very easy to find and the ground wasn't too soft, no worries about getting the car stuck. Thank you so much for letting us visit!
55Our boys had a blast! Even though the listing says “partial fencing” I think there’s still a very obvious boundary. Our older lab has really good recall but we have a 5 month old that we brought a long line for because we were nervous about the fencing. But he quickly recognized the boundary and never tested it. We will be coming back often!
55What a wonderful sniff spot! Great area to run and get some sun. Also much shade to cool down. Awesome place
55Our two Goldens had so much fun. Trees shade and open spaces and so well maintained. We will definitely visit again. Love the country feeling and also relaxing country roads to get to this wonderful place...for dogs to roam and experience lots of new adventures for them. Great time
55This spot was great! I was curious to see how our dog would do with the partial fencing, but for the most part the fencing was several horizontal wires- enough to create a clear barrier that he didn’t ever try to cross. The grass was quite high at the time we went- which our long-legged Doberman loved to prance though and explore and smell. (But for which my daughter wished she had worn pants- next time!) At the picnic table there’s a Rubbermaid full of helpful items- poop bags, balls, towels, water bowl, blankets, a large pair of rain boots, wound kit, treats, etc. our dog also loved greeting the cows across the road. My 2 kids and our dog all loved the place and we’ll definitely be back!
