55Great Spot! Good uphill/downhill trails and beautiful serene creek. There are farm animals on this property but dogs can get to so I would keep and keep that in mind
55I have 3 high energy dogs that are more interested in exploring than playing with random dogs at the dog park. Brandi’s 17 acres provides plenty to explore and my dogs were so happy from the moment we arrived. Huge open fields, trails, creeks, and most of it is mowed and easy to walk through. There are farm animals and horses so dogs need to have good recall to visit this spot. It was nice being able to see my dogs get to take off running at full speed. We will definitely be back!
45Our 2 MAS had a great time wondering and playing in the creek. The trail was a great way for them to roam in shade.
55A beautiful property with lots of space for you & your pup to explore. My girl had a blast playing in the creek & walking the trails. we have a hard time going to public parks given her reactivity to other dogs, or driving to five different parks till we find one that’s mostly empty so she can enjoy her walks without distractions. that’s why we are so grateful to have heard about sniffspot knowing that she could run & play worry free & we are so grateful to Brandi for having us. It was a great time & we will definetly be back.

55Definitely a nice spot! We came for the creek on this hot day, but will have to come back to explore the trail. We did a little bit of fetch and training in the shade. Even though it was on a busy road, it was still very relaxing and peaceful
55Even though it was muddy today, because of all the rain, we had a blast. My dog was so tired from playing fetch and tracking that he started laying down on the grass by the end of it. I will be bringing him back again.

Description

Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. We welcome you to our little piece of heaven we sure hope you enjoy this peaceful place as much as we do. However I have 6 ft. privacy fencing all around. I foster dogs so the "sniffs" my yard are ever changing. I have a splash pad and I’m happy to put it out upon request. Finally, due to the shortening days I’ve put some blocks on my calendar as I don’t have lights in my backyard. If you need a visit before 8:30 am or after 8 pm please send me a message and we’ll work it out. Just a note to park in my driveway on Longview Dr., in front of the gate. There’s a sign that says “Dogs Welcome, People Tolerated” to mark the gate.
