Description

We have 10 mostly wooded acres on the side of Braddock Mountain (right off Highway 70) at the end of a private road. There are also some open grassy areas around the house. 🌲 There is an unmaintained trail through the woods just beyond the driveway, indicated by a brown ‘Trail’ sign. PLEASE NOTE: The property overall is on a steep hill so it is best for those looking for a little more adventure. We hope to add some seating such as a picnic table or something in the woods soon if our spot gets enough traffic. 😃 🌱 There is also a full wrap around deck with patio furniture, hammock, plants, and an umbrella that is available for you to use. 🛑 We do not have any pets. You may occasionally see wildlife in the woods though so please beware and understand you are accepting all risks when you make a reservation with us. 📧 You will receive a message from us a few hours before your visit with Wifi and other information. 💦 There is a water spigot under the deck between the garage and sliding glass door that is available for you. 🌎 We accept last minute bookings but please know that we travel often so you may visit at a time when we’ve been away and the grass may be longer than usual, or the garbage more full than usual. Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Great location and beautiful property! Felt very welcoming, and the trek gave both me and the dogs a good leg workout! Only problem I had was getting lost and ending up walking the gravel driveway of the For Sale lot next door, also the water spicket seemed to be off. We had a great time nonetheless!

    This “sniff spot” was an amazing place to bring one of my German Shepherds to explore… And it’s just 13 minutes from downtown Frederick. I’m a local dog trainer living in the city, so finding a beautiful spot like this with a lot of space is so helpful for my dogs’ well being/longevity. Communication from the sniff spot owners was great as well! I will definitely be coming back again!

    Visited on a Saturday morning. Clear instructions, parking, entrance. It was very relaxing & private! My dog enjoyed running around in the woods :)

    Great sniffspot ! Very clean and secluded. Well marked spots to park your car. Amazing host who is super responsive as this was a very last minute booking (thank you !!!! ). The trail is a little steep at the beginning ( we loved it though :) ) and lots of areas for your pup to sniff around. My dog thoroughly enjoyed the hike. Will be returning back again. Highly recommend!!
