Sweetbay Farm

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We occasionally have farm animals positioned on an acre or 2 who are fully fenced in. If you see blue fence posts with white wire / rope running between them, please assume the fence is electrified. We would ask that you use caution with your dogs around the livestock areas so as not to frighten the animals or the dogs! We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. Bonus: We are a small farm so if you are interested in picking up some chicken or pork - send us a message and we can have your order ready for pick up when you arrive. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead We are happy to say hello and give you a tour of our farm and answer any questions about how we raise our chicken and pigs. We are also happy to give you a future free sniff spot hour with the purchase of chicken or pork! Just inquire within! Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise.

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you can park in the driveway or street. There are 2 available gates to use on either side of the house. Beyond the gate you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed, there's a play-set, a welcoming patio and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a frisbee or just sit and let your pet explore. We're looking forward to your visit!

Newly fenced field with shade canopies adjacent to Greensburg Bed & Biscuit. You may see dogs who are boarding or training as they pass by the field. Please put used poop bags in the trash can on the kennel porch. Please bring your own water as there is not currently water available.

Beautiful private yard with 6’ vinyl fencing on both sides. Private entrance with gate code. Plenty of seating. Gorgeous sunsets!! Agility equipment and fire pit included in rate. Year round hydrant for water (town water). Propane-powered fire pit with instructions and roasting sticks included. BYO marshmallows and ‘s’more fixings! :-). 50 acres surrounded by 150 acres of Beautiful Pastures, Woods, Trails, 2 ponds, feel free to picnic by the water with your hairy friends. Please feel free to park anywhere in the area where the green dumpster is located..and feel free to walk the trails, fields , whereever your little hairy firends would like to run..

Clean, huge backyard. The yard is fully fenced. Mostly wood and chain link.

Dogs can run around 2.25 acres of fully fenced yard and green space, with a shallow creek in the back if they want to splash or cool down and explore some forest area. It's a low traffic neighborhood so good for reactive dogs (We've got one! He'll be away).

Large fenced in backyard. Open space to run and play. Patio with umbrella table and four swivel chairs. Two trees for shade. Various dog toys that are cleaned after each visit. A kiddie pool as an extra (May - September). Lights for nighttime play! Please park in the street in front of the house. Enter through the gate on the right side of the house. If I have advance notice and I am home, I will leave a cold bowl of water on the back steps. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, paper towels, dog treats, and a dog first aid kit are in the bin on the umbrella table.  If you bring your own bowl and I wasn’t able to leave one out, please feel free to use the hose and water from the spigot on the back of the house to the right of the sunroom behind the umbrella table. Please make sure you turn it off when you are finished. Water to that spigot will be winterized (turned off) once the temperature drops below 32° and will be de-winterized (turned on) in early spring when the temperatures warm up. There will always be a jug of fresh filtered water on the back steps for use. There is a garbage can with a plastic bag in it on the left side of the door to the shed for discarding your poop bags. Please knot your poop bags and make sure the lid is closed tight. The spigot on the right front of the shed is not potable but can be used for cleaning or cooling your dog down. The spigot tends to spray, so stand as far to the left as you can when turning it on if you don’t want to get wet! This system will be winterized (turned off) during the winter months. New toys will be added and rotated on a regular basis. Toys can be found in the plastic bin on the patio table. Please feel free to help yourself to what is in the bin, keeping in mind to leave some clean toys for the next guest is case I am not home to clean them in between visits. Please place any toys that you used in the ruck sack hanging on the sunroom door handle across from the barbecue grill so I know which ones need to be cleaned. After each use, I wash and sanitize each of the toys that were used. Please try to keep your dog from laying in the decorative grass around the perimeter of the sunroom. In the winter, please try to keep your dog(s) from the flowerbeds that are on the perimeter of the yard in front of the fences. Those areas tend to get muddy in the winter months, but are full of flowers in the spring/summer. The wooden bench in front of the garden recently became wobbly, and it may not be stable to sit on. I am looking into getting it fixed.

We are the corner house on Madison and Center Street. Park in the driveway and access the yard through the gate. Our corgi is very friendly so let us know if you want him to come play!
